Our cashmere scarves are exquisitely soft. Through sourcing the finest cashmere from Inner Mongolia and pairing it with the traditional mechanical finishing process; that uses the soft Scottish water and natural teasels, we achieve a handle and touch unrivalled around the world.

STERLING CLOTH generally use UPS for all UK and International deliveries unless the customer requests an alternative courier before dispatch. We may use other courier services depending on weight/dimension and costing of parcel at the time of order / dispatch.
There are up to 2 working days handling time and this may prolong in exceptional circumstances in which case the customer will be notified. Orders placed on a Friday will not be process until the following working Monday and Bank Holiday's are not classified as a working day.
All customers will be provided with a unique tracking number once the order has been prepared and dispatched. You can track the journey of the parcel via www.ups.com by entering the tracking number once it has been dispatched or www.royalmail.com if shipped via Royal Mail.
STERLING CLOTH never promises or takes responsibility for any delivery times or good(s) to be delivered as expected. If they become damaged in transit please contact us immediately. We rely on UPS and Royal Mail to deliver the good(s) without delay or damages.
Please note if the destination is outside the UK, the customer is fully responsible for all customs, import and local sales tax and duties that are in place according to the destined country. Payment may be required releasing the good(s) from the customs and excise.
